Carla K. Ralston is the President of Bookkeeping Plus, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in tax and accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration in 1996 from MTSU.
Her experience incudes:
- Tax Auditor for the Tennessee Department of Revenue
- Internal Auditor for the State of Tennessee
- Payroll Officer for local industry
- Senior Accountant for a CPA firm
Carla is a native of Shelbyville, TN. She lives on a farm where she enjoys raising goats with her husband and two sons.

Joan joined Bookkeeping Plus in 2015 and has since become an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. With her extensive experience, she has taken on the roles of Billing and Training Manager. As a skilled tax preparer, Joan also works diligently behind the scenes to deliver accurate and efficient tax solutions.
